How do I apply?

Child Development Supervisors must complete AECEA’s online application form. Applicants will require a copy of their CDS certification and payment receipt for the course/conference/workshop.

All applications must be received prior to the course/workshop/conference start date. Those applying for workshops and conferences may apply up to two months in advance of the start date and those applying for post-secondary courses may apply up to four months in advance of their course start date.

How will I receive payment?

AECEA will maintain contact with applicants via email. If funding is awarded, each CDS must submit a Reflection Form within two weeks of completing the course, conference, or workshop. Once the reflection form has been submitted, a cheque for the pre-approved funding amount will be mailed to the organization.

Should AECEA not receive a reflection form within this time period, pre-approved funding will be declined and used to support other CDS applying to the program and no cheque will be issued
