What is the Calculator?
The calculator is a planning tool that can quickly and efficiently identify a child care service's financial situation. This social innovation is the result of a collaborative effort by the Commission nationale des parents francophones (CNPF) network of member associations. Parents from Canadian provinces and territories have decided to combine their expertise in order to find solutions to their child care services' challenges. The calculator can now produce financial projections, thereby maximizing the viability of a child care service. By combining the diagnosis and the financial projections, administrators and managers can greatly improve the decisions they make concerning their child care service.
