IIFL Spark - Part 2: The Spark Guide Train-the Trainer for Program Leader's (Medicine Hat and Area)

Train-the-Trainer Part Two

This full-day session aims to equip program leaders with skills to facilitate learning and conversations, exploring the concepts and strategies in the Spark Guide, with educators in their programs. Join other program leaders in your region for an in-person session designed to empower you through a “train the trainer” approach. Become a Spark Guide champion in your community!

Session Objectives:

  • In-Depth Learning: Build on the foundations laid in the introductory session with a focus on learner-led engagement.
  • Share and Grow: Bring your experiences and culturally responsive practices to share with fellow program leaders, fostering collective growth and learning.
  • Adaptable Content: Learn how to tailor and adapt what’s in the guide to meet the unique needs of diverse child care programs across the province.

Training Experience:

  • Interactive Methods: Engage in hands-on activities and group exercises for dynamic, immersive learning.
  • Comprehensive Resources: Receive hand-outs with practical resources and templates to support effective implementation of the guide in your program.
