Common Bulk Membership Structures
- Employer purchases for employees and
- covers it in full, or
- covers 50% and removes the other 50% from the employee's wages, or
- employer removes a monthly amount from the employee's wages ($9.63/month after discount)
- Family day home agency purchases for providers and recoups the funds from providers.
