All members of a childcare team are leaders. Having a cohesive team focusing on the organization’s Purpose and Vision is the first step to ensure new hire success, eliminate gossip, and promote team accountability and cohesiveness.
Facilitators will lead participants in discussion to guide them to begin using tools and strategies to rework how new staff hired, onboarded, and retained by engaging the entire team.
