Our second open discussion on self-advocacy will focus on what it looks like to care for ourselves while also supporting one another as a collective. Together, we’ll explore how educators can speak up about their needs, navigate challenges, and contribute to healthier workplaces and stronger professional communities.
What will you get out of joining?
- Space to reflect on your own needs, boundaries, and experiences at work
- Ideas for putting self-advocacy into practice in everyday workplace situations
- Opportunities to learn from other educators and hear different perspectives on collective well-being
What to expect:
A virtual, conversation-based gathering. There will be no formal presentation or expert lecture — just space to share experiences, ask questions, listen, and learn from one another.
