Workforce Wellness & Wage Grid Chat - October 27

Let’s talk about the realities of working in early learning and child care. This conversation will create space to share experiences, questions, and ideas related to workforce wellness and navigating Alberta’s wage grid.

A virtual, conversation-based discussion focused on sharing experiences, asking questions, and learning from one another. This is not a formal wage-grid presentation or advice session—it is a space to connect, compare experiences, and have an open conversation.
