This training, ideal for professionals at all levels, is a full-day exploration into the practical application of fostering inclusive and equitable practices and environments. We'll decode the subtle language of “isms” (e.g. racism, sexism, and ableism) that are called microaggressions and show you how to recognize and address their impact in workplace interactions and environments. This course is not just about theory; it's about practical application, equipping you with the knowledge and tools to make a real difference in your workplace.
“When you’re accustomed to privilege, equality feels like oppression” Franklin Leonard. If this quote strikes a response from you either way… join us to further the discussion.
