In partnership with Infant and Early Mental Health Promotion, AHVNA is thrilled to offer Developmental Screening and Hand in Hand (HiH).
In this training, participants will learn about the theoretical framework for building a developmental support plan (DSP), using the HiH resource, and how building a DSP can support development while children are waitlisted for more intensive services. HiH has a strong focus on social-emotional development to support the development and well-being of all children, while empowering families and caregivers to feel confident in supporting the children in their lives to reach their full potential.
